Successfully Completed Project Types Include the Following:

• For the Canarsie Community Center in Brooklyn (client: DGS), we are providing project management services for a building-wide renovation including, among other items: new entrances, including barrier-free ramps; new exterior windows; a new elevator; and upgrades on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• For the 5th and 10th Precinct Station Houses in Manhattan, and the 60th Precinct Station House in Brooklyn (clients: New York Police Department and DGS), we are providing project management services for a building-wide renovation including: new entrances, including barrier-free ramps; new windows and doors; and upgrades on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• For the Audubon Business and Technology Center (client: Columbia University), we have provided project management services for a building-wide renovation including fit-out of the entire 105,000 sq. ft. building. Our pilot project at the A.B.T.C. received a design award from Progressive Architecture in a juried design competition, and was published in Architectural Record.
• For the Neurological Institute (client: Columbia University and Presbyterian Hospital), we provided project management services for a building-wide renovation including for all work in this 16-story, 185,000 sq. ft. building for over (7) years, including general interior and exterior rehab work, new windows and doors, new elevators, and upgrades to the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• For several buildings on Governeur's Island (client: U.S. Coast Guard), we provided project management services for infrastructure upgrades as well as a variety of interior and exterior improvements, including several dormitory renovations.
• For clients such as Columbia University, Cornell University, Rockefeller University, Dartmouth College, Mt. Sinai Medical Center, and the Population Council, we have provided project management services for general interior and exterior rehab Projects, including all architectural and engineering components. Two of these Projects received Awards of Excellence from the Architectural Woodwork Institute, and were published in Design Solutions (copies are attached).
• For the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers - in Manhattan, Bronx and Northport locations - we provided project management services for a wide array of clinical renovations, renovations to wards, and infrastructure upgrades.
• For the historic Hotel St. George in Brooklyn Heights (formerly the largest hotel in the U.S.), we we provided project management services for all interior and exterior renovations, from 1990 to the present, in the multi-building, 350,000 sq. ft. complex.
• Our projects have won design awards from Progressive Architecture, Architectural Record, and the Architectural Woodworking Institute, and have been published in Advance, Health Facilities Management, Medical Technology Today, Bio/Technology, Progressive Architecture, Architectural Record, Design Solutions, Hospitality Design, Sound and Communication and Contract Design.
