CHRIST THE KING CHURCH, Commack, New York

• Mechanical engineering design to facilitate the installation of new air conditioning system that integrated with the existing systems pathways where possible. This system serves both the 800 seat church and the basement hall.

METRO ASSEMBLY OF GOD, Brooklyn, New York

• Survey various properties for code non-conformance. Prepare electrical, plumbing and HVAC documents in order to obtain new certificate of occupancy.

RIVERSIDE CHURCH, New York, New York

• Designed dimming system and theatrical lighting system with associated upgrade of the electrical distribution system. This design required compliance with strict landmark requirements.

SAINTS PHILLIP AND JAMES, St. James, New York

• Installation of new air conditioning system in both the 1,000 seat church and the basement hall.

ST. JOSEPH'S CHURCH, Kings Park, New York

• Installation of new air conditioning system for the main church, as well as a new air conditioning system for the parish hall. Rehabilitation of parish offices and adjacent convent. Creation of master plan for future work.

SAINT PATRICKS CATHEDRAL, New York, New York

• Lehr Associates is proud to have been involved in the redesign of the fire/life safety systems for the well recognized New York City landmark. We have subsequently been contracted for electro-mechanical engineering services for the Rectory building, Cardinals residence and the kitchen.

SAINT VARTAN ARMENIAN CHURCH, New York, New York

• Provided engineering design for a new full service kitchen, cafeteria and auditorium. System designs included new audio-visual system, electrical distribution, fire alarm system, plumbing, and HVAC upgrades.
